A good alternative 3rd party charging cable for the Iphone XS Max
As an engineer who uses an Iphone all day to make calls, I also need to take pictures of site conditions as well as certain circumstances for which I usually need to go back to and write a report / prove to someone. Therefore I often plug the charging cable in on a regular basis to transfer pictures from my phone to the desktop and finally Dropbox.
Charging cables are by and large in abundance, especially when cell phones are being used by virtually everyone (yes I know Apple vs Android). However as every Apple enthusiasts know, their line of products are quite expensive, but we support them all the same by buying their original brand name products.
However there are others who love iPhones, but don’t have the heart to make such a heavy investment on things like charging cables that will eventually wear and break down. The alternative then is to shop online to find a very good deal for a charger that is both reliable, and economical.
I purchased this charger below when my original charging cable (that came with my iPhone XS Max) broke through wear and tear. I heard horror stories of how the iPhones purchased from China would brick a new iphone (because the product was either poorly manufactured, or absolutely garbage.), or fry the electronic circuitry within the iPhone, voiding warranty and requiring the user to purchase a new iPhone outright.
This iPhone charging cable is made with nylon braid which is great at reducing wear and tear.
Better yet is that this purchase comes with FIVE (5) cables: 2x 3ft, 2x 6ft, and 1x 10ft.
You’ll also notice that occasionally this charger is on sale. I have purchased this product twice — not because they broke, but because I ended up losing a few over the course of two years.
